ANDROS EQUIPMENT RENTAL PROGRAM
The Andros EQUIPMENT RENTAL PROGRAM offers growers an additional way to scale up, test equipment, or save money by renting their equipment for quick field operations. The program includes a wide variety of equipment including BOSS Drip Tape injection Implements for SDI, DYNAMO Extraction Implements, BEAST Extraction Implements (SDI), MEGA Binder Equipment, ULTRA Binder Retrieval Equipment, and much more.
Basic Rental Process and Fees:
- Contact Miguel Nano (805-227-2801) to determine proper equipment recommendation and availability.
- Reserve equipment by signing rental contract.
- Determine if the equipment will be picked up or delivered.
- Customer must provide a copy of their certificate of Insurance before rental is received.
- Equipment rentals rates are charged either by the day or by the month.
- Delivery and pickup charges may apply.
- Training is available for fee.
- Customer is responsible to repairs.

DRIP TAPE INJECTION IMPLEMENTS
1. BOSS (Surface/Shallow) Injection Implement – 4-Row
- Great for Installation of thin wall drip tape in surface or shallow applications
- Can be set up for 4 rows at 30″ spacings or 4 rows at 40″ spacings
- Used for shallow to 6″ depth installation
- Applications: Vegetables, Lettuce
- Implement Size: 14’6″ Bar
- Rows (injection tools): 4-Row Unit

2. BOSS (RSDI) Injection Implements – 1-Row or 2-Row Unit
- Great for Installation of thin wall drip tape in depths from 3″ to 16″ (7 to 40 cm)
- Applications: Vegetables, Lettuce
- Implement Size: 8′ Bar
- Rows (injection tools): 1-Row Unit on 80″ beds or 2-row unit on 40″ beds
- Distance between Drip Tape Laterals: 40″ Inches
- Mounting : Rear Mount Unit – three-point hitch category 2

3. DYNAMO Extractor Implements
- Applications: Shallow Extraction (onions)

5. BEAST Extraction Implements (SDI)

- Implement Size: 20- Foot Bar

6. MEGA Binder Retrieval Trailers (No Power Unit)
- Easily retrieve multiple lines of drip tape simultaneously or agricultural plastics from the end of the rows.
- Creates mega tolls for recycling programs (800-1,000 lbs. Rolls)
- Self-powered and can be pulled and transported with a truck.
- Quick retrieval of drip tape into compact, large rolls (Mega Rolls) for disposal or recycle.
- Implement Size: 7 ft. wide
- Rows: Recommend for 8-12 lines, can operate up to 25 lines
- Mounting : 2 5/16″ or Spade Hitch
- Unit Weight: 4,400 lbs. (Trailer) – 2 5/16″ or Spade Hitch

7. MEGA Binder Retrieval Implements
