What are ground-following (or floating) drip tape injection systems?
A ground-following injection system allows farmers the ability to maintain the most accurate drip tape injection depth throughout the entire field. Each drip tape injection line has its own floating tool, allowing it to inject the same depth regardless of what is happening to the frame of the implement. The ground-following or floating systems are the ideal solution for rolling or undulating ground and where depth accuracy is very important. Ground-following drip tape injection systems (deep)
The Andros deep, ground-following systems contain more components than the shallow versions. In the Andros deep versions, the spool carriers and loading trays are part of the ground-following unit, moving up and down according to the ground or bed.
