This equipment is the answer for the extraction of drip tape for reuse or recycle, whether you need to extract the tape from subsurface installation or through growing or lodged crop cover. A unique control system automatically matches extraction speed to tractor speed. This controlled tension gently extracts tape through soil or crop vegetation. The pneumatic pulling tires gently squeeze the majority of the water out of the tape and lay it down on the surface in preparation for end-of-row retrieval. These tool bars are custom made to meet your specifications, from a one-row unit to multiple lines on several beds. Allow us to build the perfect sled for your extraction needs

Tractor Requirements
- Hydraulic system: Closed-centered (pressure compensated)
- Minimum hydraulic flow: 2 GPM per extractor head
- Minimum horsepower: Shallow – 40 HP per extractor head, deep – 50-75 HP per extractor head
- Minimum 3-pt lifting capacity: 5,000 lbs. to 12,000 lbs. (depending on extractor model)
- Hitch adapter: 3-pt Category II/III
An extractor for drip tape that is buried for germination
For farmers that are moving to deeper installs on crops for germinating with drip irrigation will need a different implement for getting the drip tape out of the field. Andros has designed specific BEAST extractors to help with this application. The BEAST extractors are configured for common field set up, such as 80″ bed, and retrieve multiple drip tapes lines in each extractor head.
